When did they grow up so much?!   Will they succeed?   Did I do a good job raising them right?

These are questions us parents ask ourselves all the time too! The most important thing I find is to learn what their individual uniqueness is and capture it! I take time to talk with each student I work with so I can captures what's important to them and you as parents.
